Can you start the application process now?
This route is not yet available. The fact that it is provided for in law does not mean you can already transfer funds and submit a residence permit application.
In particular, investing €150,000 in a fund of your own choice does not meet the procedure set out in law. This new route requires the specific state mechanism described by PMLP.
